All Wedding Collections include:
- One photographer, Monika.
- Sneak peek of 15-25 images available in one week
- All final images (typically 75-750) depending on package, available in 8 to 12 weeks
- Online gallery with full resolution images where you can download, view, favorite, share with family and friends, and purchase prints. Online gallery will be available for one year after delivery of photos.
- 25% off all print purchases made from your final gallery for 60 days after delivery
- Copyrights to all of your final digital images and a printing release
- Unlimited consultations and planning with me
- A second photographer may be added to your package for an additional $150/ hour (this only applies to 6, 8, or 10 hours wedding collections.)

How it all works:
1. Inquiry
- Fill out a Wedding Contact Form on our contact page, and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as feasibly possible!
- Once I return your email, I’ll send you a link to my booking site to book a meet and greet with you and get to know more about you and your partner and your needs in a wedding photographer. We’ll talk about what your big day with me will look like and what you can expect from me as your wedding photographer.
2. Booking
- If you decide I’m the photographer for you, I’ll send over an official proposal/contract and an invoice via email for a non-refundable flat payment of $1000, sales tax may be applicable. This is required to reserve your wedding date, and block off my calendar.
- I’ll send a follow-up invoice for the remaining amount of your photography package. Full payment is due 2 weeks before your wedding date.
3. Stay in Touch
- I will be readily available via email or phone for anything you might need leading up to your wedding day.
- A few weeks before your wedding day, we’ll meet and create a detailed schedule of everything I will need to cover photography wise. We’ll also talk about any important and must-do photos and anything else important I need to know.
4. Wedding Day!
- I will be with you the entire time. I’ll be there to fluff your dress, fix your flowers, round-up wedding parties, or make sure the right people are in the right places for pictures. I’ll coordinate closely with your other vendors and make sure all is happening in sync with what you planned.
- After your big day, I’ll supply some sneak-peeks (~25 edited photos) within 3 - 7 days, sometimes the next day.
- Your full gallery will be available in 8 to 12 weeks after your wedding.

Where are you located?
I am permanently-based in Lander, Wyoming, and open to travel throughout the year to meet you where you're at!
Do you travel, and what are your travel fees?
I’m open to traveling anywhere in the US or internationally throughout the year. During the winter months, travel can be difficult at times due to Wyoming's harsh winters as it can be especially difficult to travel due to weather and driving conditions. In terms of a travel fee, weddings that take place outside of a 120 mile driving distance of Lander, WY will require an accommodation/travel fee.
How do I begin booking you for our date?
Click on the Wedding contact form to get started. Fill out as much of the form as you can and I’ll reach out to you as soon as possible! I like to meet with and get to know potential clients before setting any dates. If you decide I’m your wedding photographer, I’ll send over a contract and invoice via email. What do your wedding galleries look like?
Beautiful and curated of course! If you are interested in seeing a wedding gallery example please let me know and I’ll send you a link.
Are you available on our wedding date?
Depends! Send me a wedding contact form and I will get back to you letting you know if that date is available.
What is the payment schedule for your services?
It’s a $1000 flat fee non-refundable retainer to book 6, 8, or 10 hour wedding collections, or a $250 flat fee, non-refundable retainer to book 1,2, or 3 hour weddings. The remainder of your payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding day.
Are copyrights and printing releases included in the price?
YES! All my clients are given the digital copyright and printing release rights to all of their edited photos.
Do you offer prints and how much are they?
YES! Although purchasing prints through me helps my small business, you are free to use any printer you’d like for your photos. I would highly suggest using a reputable print shop (ProDPI and Article Uprising are my favorites).
Do you back up your work?
I do! While I shoot, my pictures back-up onto a second memory card. I triple back-up my photos upon arriving back in my office, and then edited photos are backed-up in two different locations and stored indefinitely. Client galleries are available for one year after the date of your event.
We want to include our dog (or pet) into the wedding photos, is that okay?
OF COURSE! Pets are family and should be included in milestone memories!
